1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform or request our repair services.
2. Description of Services
SmartFix-ITA provides hardware and software repair services for smartphones, tablets, and the sale of guaranteed new and refurbished devices. Laboratory diagnostics are free if you proceed with the repair.
3. User Responsibility
The user is responsible for providing accurate details about the device model and issues. We strongly advise taking a complete backup of your data before delivering the device to the lab. SmartFix-ITA is not responsible for any data loss that was not backed up.
4. Rates and Payments
The rates for individual repairs are agreed upon in advance in the laboratory. Payment must be made at the time of delivery of the repaired and functioning device. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments.
5. Limitation of Liability
SmartFix-ITA guarantees installed spare parts for 3 months from the repair date. We are not responsible for pre-existing damages (such as liquid damage or self-repair attempts) not declared by the user at delivery.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services and website will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
